City of Tallahassee Municipal Upgrades SPL Customer Care and Billing Solution

The public utility system operated by the City of Tallahassee, Florida, has gone live with an upgraded version of SPL’s Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) solution, built on the PeopleTools® platform. SPL is a leading provider of strategic utility management software solutions for the global utility market.
